Partners

Our Partners

We work with nationally recognisable brands to deliver the Care  and Home Inheritance Plan. These range from care advice providers and solicitors to property letting and managing agents.

Care Advice Providers

We rely on our trusted care advice partners to ensure that families are fully informed of all the care funding options available, allowing them to make informed choices which best suit their requirements. We have partnered with two leading providers to provide impartial advice. My Care My Home also provide our independent care needs and capacity assessments to our CHIP® clients.

Solicitors

During the CHIP® implementation process, both Shaw Lifetime Care and our clients instruct solicitors to act for them in arranging the lease contract. Our legal representatives are Blake Morgan solicitors based in Cardiff.

Property Letting and Managing Agents

We have partnered with nationally recognised letting and management agents to ensure that all properties remain well maintained and fully let during our lease term in the property.

Local Authorities

Through our care partner, My Care My Home, we have links with over 90 Local Authorities across England and Wales. They list information about the Care and Home Inheritance Plan on their websites where their residents can find out more about the solution.

Estate Agents

We have partnered with estate agents to inform families who are looking to sell the home or rent to contribute towards care costs, that an alternative option exists.

Care Homes & Domiciliary Care Agencies

There are a growing number of homes and agencies partnering with us, enabling them to share CHIP® information with clients and residents, so that all funding options are made known and they can make informed decisions.

Financial Advisors including SOLLA (Society of Later Life Advisors)

Financial Advisors advising on later life often refer families to us who are looking for ways to fund care for a loved one. We also recommend that every Shaw Lifetime Care client is encouraged to seek independent advice on the full range of options available to them.
